Theta Pi Epsilon holds TWO (2) Major events each year as well as attending  other events, which are hosted in various cities/states around the country. Each event has an associated fee. These fees are independent  and ARE NOT covered by your Annual Dues. These fees may vary in price and are non-negotiable.

The Executive Board of Directors tries to keep costs at a minimum while still being able to deliver a spectacular experience for every sister. Fees are announced well in advance  and are advertised regularly to maximize member participation and attendance for each event.

All event fees will include all of the following for the duration of the specific event;

-Room & Board*

-Food & Drink**

-Gifts

-Activities

-Keepsakes/Paraphernalia***

Members are responsible for their own transportation to and from event locations unless otherwise advertised/stated.

* Room and board is based on occupancy as booked by the EBD. If for any reason a member elects to opt out of standard accommodations included the member will not be reimbursed nor will she receive any discounts on fees.

**Food and drink applies to meals provided by the EBD during the events. If for any reason a member elects to purchase outside food, opts out or is unavailable to participate for a specific planned meal or chooses to dine elsewhere  the member will not be reimbursed nor will she receive any discounts on fees.

***Keepsake and paraphernalia is based on items bestowed upon members at the open or close of an event. Any items outside of these are responsibility of the member and the member will not be reimbursed nor will she receive any discounts on fees for items purchased outside of these items during an event.
